Responsibilities
- Aid in managing Men's, Women's, and Youth shoe areas.
- Communicate proactively with the Specialty Shop Manager and team to address immediate needs.
- Select shoes from backstock and organize them for sales associates.
- Handle shoe returns, process them, and return items to the correct areas.
- Engage warmly with customers, fostering a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain a tidy and accurate inventory to streamline service.
- Perform various tasks as directed by leadership and merchandisers.
- Lead shifts according to assigned schedules, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, along with 1-3 months of sales experience.
- Meets Scheels’ dress and grooming standards to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Must be able to perform heavy lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds constantly.
