About the role

Step up as the go-to leader when the General Manager or Assistant Manager isn’t on deck. You’ll guide your team through fast-paced shifts, keep the guest experience high, and help manage daily operations—all while jumping in wherever needed, from the register to the grill.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your crew during each shift
• Maintain a positive guest experience and high team energy
• Support training and coaching for team members
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and daily operations
• Assist with food prep, grilling, line work, and register as needed
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and smooth restaurant operations

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience (preferred)
• Strong leadership skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for delivering great food and a positive guest experience
