Part Time Shift Supervisor

About the Role

QDOBA Mexican Eats is seeking a Shift Supervisor who will lead the team when the General Manager or Assistant Manager is not on deck. You’ll be the go‑to leader, keeping the vibe high, delivering great food, and ensuring a smooth, fast‑paced shift in a people‑first culture.

Responsibilities

• Guide the team through flavorful, fast‑paced shifts.
• Maintain high guest experience and positive team vibes.
• Support training and coaching to develop crew members.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and overall operations.
• Step in wherever needed—register, grill, line, prep, etc.
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and running smoothly.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience (major plus).
• Natural leader who thrives in a hustle‑filled environment.
• Great communicator, team player, and cool under pressure.
• Flexible with hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
