Part Time Shift Supervisor

About the role

QDOBA Mexican Eats is seeking a Shift Supervisor who will lead the team when the General Manager or Assistant Manager is not on shift. The role focuses on maintaining a high‑energy, people‑first culture while delivering great food and guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Guide the team through fast‑paced shifts and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Maintain high morale and a vibrant work environment.
• Support training and coaching to develop crew members.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and overall operations.
• Perform duties across the restaurant as needed, including register, grill, line, and prep.
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and running smoothly.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience (preferred).
• Natural leader who thrives in a high‑hustle environment.
• Strong communication skills, team‑oriented, and able to stay cool under pressure.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
