Part Time Shift Supervisor

About the role

QDOBA Mexican Eats is seeking a Shift Supervisor who will lead the team when the General Manager or Assistant Manager is not on duty. The role involves energizing the crew, maintaining a high‑energy guest experience, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide the team through flavorful, fast‑paced shifts.
• Maintain a positive vibe and elevate the guest experience.
• Support training and coaching to develop crew members daily.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and overall operations.
• Step in wherever needed—register, grill, line, prep, etc.
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and running smoothly.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience (major plus).
• Natural leader who thrives in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, team‑oriented, and calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
