About the role

The Shift Supervisor serves as the go‑to leader when the General Manager or Assistant Manager isn’t on deck, guiding the team through fast‑paced shifts and ensuring a high‑energy guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide your team through flavorful, fast‑paced shifts
• Keep the vibes high and the guest experience even higher
• Support training and coaching—building up your crew each day
• Help manage inventory, cash, and operations like a pro
• Jump in wherever needed—register, grill, line, prep—you name it
• Keep the place sparkling clean, safe, and running smooth

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience (major plus)
• A natural leader who thrives in the hustle
• Great communicator, team player, and cool under pressure
• Flexible with hours (nights, weekends, and holidays included)
