About the role

QDOBA Mexican Eats is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the team during shifts, ensuring a vibrant, people‑first culture and excellent guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide the team through fast‑paced shifts while maintaining high guest satisfaction.
• Keep morale high and the guest experience exceptional.
• Support training and coaching to develop crew members.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and overall operations.
• Perform duties across the register, grill, line, and prep as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and smoothly running restaurant environment.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience (preferred).
• Natural leader who thrives in a high‑energy environment.
• Strong communication skills, team‑oriented, and calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
