Part Time Shift Supervisor

About the role

QDOBA Mexican Eats is seeking a Shift Supervisor who will lead the team when the General Manager or Assistant Manager is not on duty. The role involves guiding a fast‑paced shift, maintaining high guest experience, supporting training and coaching, managing inventory, cash, and operations, and ensuring the restaurant stays clean, safe, and running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Guide the team through flavorful, fast‑paced shifts.
• Maintain high morale and an excellent guest experience.
• Support training and coaching to develop crew members.
• Help manage inventory, cash handling, and overall operations.
• Perform duties as needed across register, grill, line, and prep stations.
• Keep the restaurant sparkling clean, safe, and running smoothly.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience (major plus).
