Responsibilities

• Guide your team through fast-paced, flavorful shifts as the go-to leader when the General Manager or Assistant Manager isn’t present.
• Maintain high energy and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Support training and coaching to develop your crew daily.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and operations efficiently.
• Jump in wherever needed—register, grill, line, prep, or other tasks.
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and running smoothly.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience is a major plus.
• A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to stay cool under pressure.
• Flexibility with hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for delivering great food and great vibes.
