About the role

QDOBA Mexican Eats is looking for a Shift Supervisor who brings energy, leadership, and a passion for tacos to a vibrant, people‑first culture. As a Shift Supervisor you’ll step in when the GM or AM isn’t on deck, guiding the team through fast‑paced shifts and keeping the guest experience top‑notch.

Responsibilities

• Guide your team through flavorful, fast‑paced shifts.
• Keep the vibes high and the guest experience even higher.
• Support training and coaching, building up your crew each day.
• Help manage inventory, cash, and operations like a pro.
• Jump in wherever needed—register, grill, line, prep, etc.
• Maintain a sparkling clean, safe, and smoothly running environment.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience (major plus).
• A natural leader who thrives in a hustle‑filled environment.
• Great communicator, team player, and cool under pressure.
• Flexible with hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to delivering great food and great vibes.
