Part Time Shift Supervisor

About the role

QDOBA Mexican Eats is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the team when the General Manager or Assistant Manager is not on duty. The role involves energizing the crew, maintaining a high‑energy guest experience, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Guide the team through fast‑paced, flavorful shifts.
• Maintain high morale and an exceptional guest experience.
• Support training and coaching to develop crew members daily.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and overall operations.
• Step in wherever needed—register, grill, line, prep, etc.
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and running smoothly.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience (major plus).
• Natural leader who thrives in a high‑hustle environment.
• Excellent communicator, team player, and calm under pressure.
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to delivering great food and a great guest vibe.
