About the role

As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to leader when the GM or AM isn’t on deck. You’ll guide your team through flavorful, fast-paced shifts while keeping the vibes high and the guest experience exceptional.

Responsibilities

• Support training and coaching—building up your crew each day
• Help manage inventory, cash, and operations like a pro
• Jump in wherever needed—register, grill, line, prep—you name it
• Keep the place sparkling clean, safe, and running smooth

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience (major plus)
• A natural leader who thrives in the hustle
• Great communicator, team player, and cool under pressure
• Flexible with hours (nights, weekends, and holidays included)
• Passion for delivering great food and great vibes
