Part-Time Shift Leader

Responsibilities

• Assists the Store Manager with daily store operations
• Trains associates to ensure strong product knowledge and customer engagement
• Supports daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising
• Maintains store appearance, ensures proper stock levels, and implements visual merchandising updates
• Opens and closes the store, ensuring recovery and compliance with safety and operational procedures
• Empowers to resolve customer concerns professionally and escalates issues to Store Manager
• Supports Loss Prevention efforts and ensures adherence to company policies
• Processes sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
• Participates in store promotions and sales events

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader, preferably in the retail industry

Pay

• USD $15.00 - USD $17.00 /Hr.
