About the role
We are seeking dedicated Managers/Shift Leaders to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Setting up and closing the stand, including stocking, inventory, cash handling, and food safety checks
- Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Managing deposits, cash drawers, and ensuring security
- Supporting team members and creating a positive, customer-focused atmosphere
- Ensuring excellent guest service and food quality
- Leading in both back and front of house operations
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year restaurant experience
- Ability to promote teamwork and support staff development
- Physical ability to lift 35-50 lbs.
- Strong leadership, responsibility, and safety awareness
