Part-Time Service Manager- 833 San Diego

Starting rate: $22.75/hr – Part-Time position at 3705 Rosecrans St, San Diego, CA 92110.

Responsibilities

• Offers friendly and courteous assistance to customers by providing store and product information (FAN Customer Service).
• Communicates bulletin information to associates to ensure updates and changes are disseminated.
• Monitors the front end to ensure service standards and procedures are followed.
• Operates a cash register, reviews price changes, promotional plans, and bulletins; communicates updates to associates.
• Maintains assigned store sections, orders, receives, and stocks merchandise using proper equipment.
• Reviews invoices and load bills for accuracy; stocks shelves, end stacks, displays, and deli/freezer cases.
• Sets up promotional displays.
• Performs basic bookkeeping duties: records lost/damaged goods and store supplies, performs data entry, and completes checkout at the end of each business day.
• Implements and manages the FAN customer service program and executes corporate directives (e.g., action bulletins, product removals).
• Maintains the store’s break room (e.g., job postings, poster programs, iPad, cleanliness).
• Reviews mystery shop performance.

Requirements

• One to three (1–3) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Retail Management Certificate is desirable.
