Part-Time Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Answering and managing a high volume of incoming phone calls
• Scheduling customer appointments and coordinating calendars
• Working directly with clients throughout every phase of their project
• Communicating with field personnel, including installers and service technicians
• Resolving customer questions and service concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Maintaining accurate customer records and entering information into company software systems
• Tracking project details and ensuring timely follow-up on tasks and commitments
• Prioritizing daily responsibilities and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Assisting the team with administrative and customer service support as needed

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a genuine desire to help people
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong follow-through
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Previous customer service, scheduling, administrative, or coordinator experience preferred
