About the Role
East West Hospitality is seeking exceptional Part-Time Servers for Colletta, the newest restaurant at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Avon, CO. We're looking for individuals passionate about hospitality who enjoy connecting with guests and thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
What You'll Do
- Deliver warm, attentive service that exceeds guest expectations
- Create a welcoming atmosphere while building positive guest relationships
- Stay organized and perform efficiently during high-volume service periods
- Proactively recognize and respond to guest requests and preferences
- Maintain a thorough understanding of food, beverage, and daily menu offerings
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Use sound judgment and professionalism when resolving guest concerns
Location & Schedule
- Location: Colletta at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa – Avon, CO
- Schedule: 3:00pm – 11:00pm, shifts include weekends and holidays
- Employment Type: Part Time, Year Round
- Start Date: ASAP
Pay
$15.16/hour + tips
Minimum Requirements
- 1 year of experience in F&B preferred but not required
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
- Passion for food and beverage
