About the Role
The Restaurant Server delivers exceptional guest service, acting as the key liaison between the front of house and kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Take food and beverage orders and provide menu recommendations
- Accurately input orders into the POS system
- Serve beverages promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas
- Deliver and clear food efficiently
- Ensure guest satisfaction through courteous interactions and proactive problem resolution
- Adhere to health, safety, and responsible alcohol service practices
- Communicate effectively with management and team members
- Handle payments efficiently
- Monitor service areas and attend to guest needs with attention to detail
Requirements
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- TIPS certification
Skills
- Excellent communication and professionalism
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of service etiquette
Pay
