Part Time Server - Birmingham

About the role

Frothy Monkey is hiring a Server at our Homewood, AL location. The position is open for full-time or part-time roles, with flexible hours. Interviews will be held on site on February 26th and 27th.

Responsibilities

• Possess a good working knowledge of all products served (brunch until 5pm daily, dinner 5-cl, coffee, beer, wine, cocktails)
• Reliable communication skills and neat, professional appearance
• Work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a positive outlook
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Multitask between working register, brewing coffee, bussing tables, running food, and providing drink refills, prioritizing guest needs
• Provide hospitality to guests from diverse backgrounds

Requirements

• Optimistic and warm personality
• Ability to work well in teams and independently
• Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of local area and community events
