Responsibilities
- Apply knowledge of American table service and clearing techniques during and after dining service.
- Prepare dining room for service by setting table linens, table scapes, condiments, service plates, and utensils.
- Reset tables during and after dining service.
- Serve ordered menu items promptly and efficiently.
- Greet guests upon arrival, provide hospitality, and deliver customer service throughout the meal.
- Understand menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods; explain details and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
