Part-Time Server

About the role

As a Server at Grand Living, you will help create exceptional dining experiences throughout our community. Your role includes serving residents in our elegant dining room, welcoming guests to the Bistro, supporting special events, and delivering personalized service in Luminations® (memory care).

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming dining atmosphere
• Serve meals and beverages with professionalism and care
• Support multiple dining venues and special events
• Work alongside culinary and hospitality teams to ensure an exceptional experience
• Build meaningful relationships with residents while enhancing their daily lives

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred previous serving or hospitality experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional service standards
• A positive attitude and genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Sufficient manual dexterity of hands and arms for using kitchen equipment
• Standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds
