Part-Time Server

Responsibilities

• Accept food orders and deliver promptly to residents and guests, ensuring their needs are met.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and respond quickly to resident and guest requests.
• Buss tables and reset them according to company policies and standards.
• Complete assigned side work and check out with the manager upon shift completion.
• Collaborate with all staff to ensure timely room service according to tray service/pick up policy.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining room areas, adhering to company policies, procedures, and health codes.
• Attend required training sessions and meet departmental training standards.
• Train and revisit training with staff members.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards all residents, visitors, and colleagues.
• Avoid waste and inefficiency in food preparation and adhere to safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Commitment to excellence and passion for providing seniors with the assistance and companionship they deserve.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of food service operations and adherence to health and safety regulations.
