About the Role

Esplanade Golf and Country Club at Lakewood Ranch in Bradenton, FL is seeking a friendly, dependable, and hospitality-driven Part-Time Server to join our Food & Beverage team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for part-time or flexible employment, a second job, or additional seasonal hours in a fun and active club environment. Our Food & Beverage operation includes multiple dining venues, member events, private functions, wine dinners, themed events, and an active social calendar.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive service to members and guests
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food, cocktails, wine, and other beverages
• Maintain clean, organized tables and service areas
• Assist with dining room, patio, bar, and event service
• Work closely with culinary, bartenders, and fellow service team members
• Help with opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities
• Learn our menus, specials, events, and club service standards
• Create a welcoming experience and build relationships with our members

Requirements

• Positive attitude and genuine interest in hospitality
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous restaurant, club, banquet, or hospitality experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must meet all applicable requirements for serving alcoholic beverages
