About the Role

As a Part-Time Server, you will create meaningful dining experiences for residents by assisting with casual and fine dining services. You will help ensure a positive, caring community environment through attentive service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, take and deliver orders, and clear tables.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining environment.
• Provide friendly room service, including delivery and pickup of meals.
• Respond thoughtfully to resident feedback and concerns with kindness.
• Support team efforts and complete assigned tasks to foster a positive community.

Requirements

• Must be at least 15 years old; no prior experience required.
• Effective communication skills in English with residents, guests, and staff.
• Ability to obtain food handler permits within two weeks of hire, if required by local regulations.
• Willingness to assist with cleaning and support tasks as needed.
