Part-Time Server

About the role

The Cabana Server is responsible for taking and serving food and beverage orders, providing excellent customer service, and handling transactions in a friendly and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Presenting menus, suggesting items, and explaining specials
• Transmitting orders to kitchen and bar
• Serving orders and replenishing table settings
• Responding to guest needs and ensuring satisfaction
• Managing billing and payments
• Adhering to sanitation and safety policies

Qualifications

• Some high school education or equivalent
• Basic math skills for cash handling
• Flexibility for scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Successful background and drug screening

Preferred qualifications

• Previous server experience
• POS familiarity
• Teamwork, professional appearance, enthusiasm

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
• Stand for long periods
• Perform physical movements such as bending and stretching
