Part-Time Server

About the Role

This Server position creates exceptional dining experiences across multiple venues, including the elegant dining room, the Bistro, special events, and Luminations® (memory care).

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, personalized service to residents and guests.
• Create a warm, welcoming dining atmosphere.
• Serve meals and beverages with professionalism and care.
• Support multiple dining venues and special events.
• Work alongside culinary and hospitality teams to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents while enhancing their daily lives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• Previous serving or hospitality experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Positive attitude and genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English for effective communication with residents, guests, supervisors, and team members.
• Sufficient manual dexterity to use kitchen equipment and utensils (e.g., knives, spoons, spatulas, tongs, slicers).
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift.
