Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of American table service and clearing techniques during and after dining service.
• Prepare dining room for service by setting table linens, table scapes, condiments, service plates, and utensils.
• Reset tables during and after dining service.
• Serve ordered menu items promptly and efficiently.
• Greet guests upon arrival and provide hospitality and customer service throughout the meal.
• Understand menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods; explain them to guests and make suggestions based on guest preferences.
