About the role

The server assistant plays a vital role in ensuring seamless service by supporting servers and maintaining a clean, organized dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Assists with table setup, clearing, and resetting tables.
• Refills beverages and delivers food items promptly and correctly, ensuring proper presentation and accuracy.
• Ensures dining areas are clean, stocked, and well-maintained before, during, and after services.
• Upholds all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintains a smooth flow of service by clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables efficiently.
• Communicates effectively to ensure timely, accurate, and satisfactory service.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Schedule

Part-time, Tuesday–Thursday with potential weekend availability.
