Part Time Self Storage Relief Manager

All USG employees complete a three-phase training program with Certified Trainers covering sales, operations, and world-class marketing techniques. Ongoing training is provided throughout the year and annually at our Company Meeting.

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone at your facility with a smile and a handshake
• Help customers determine the best size unit before each rental
• Complete all paperwork correctly for each rental
• Conduct scheduled facility walk-throughs and lock checks
• Post all payments made the day of receipt
• Track and follow up on past-due accounts
• Maintain accurate record-keeping of all customer records, including payments and notes
• Make daily bank deposits and post receipts as instructed
• Perform monthly marketing activities such as calls, visits, emails, social media postings, and events
• Maintain merchandise for customer purchase
• Clean vacant units to rentable condition
• Ensure grounds, office, and bathrooms are clean and presentable at all times
• Prepare auction units according to procedure and lien laws as needed

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Successfully complete a background check
• Successfully complete a drug screen
• Attitude and aptitude testing

Our stores are retail and open 6 days a week from 9:30am – 6:00pm.
