As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will be the welcoming presence at a premier city-center location, supporting access control, visitor management, and security-related communications. You will help maintain a professional environment through attentive customer service, clear communication, and reliable use of site technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Monitor access to the location, greet visitors, verify credentials, and direct guests according to site-specific procedures.
• Maintain awareness of lobby and entry activity, report unusual conditions, and communicate with appropriate personnel as needed.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have at least 5 years of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
