About the Role

This is a part-time, seasonal position with consistent hours: Monday - Thursday, 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM. We’re looking for dependable team members to join our Distribution Center as Warehouse Associates (known as Hanna Handlers). Whether you’re new to warehouse work or have previous experience, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed. We also welcome bilingual talent—if you're fluent in English and Spanish, we’d love to hear from you.

Pay

$17.00 per hour, with weekly pay and opportunities to earn additional incentive pay by exceeding productivity expectations.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately
• Receive and organize incoming merchandise
• Prepare orders for shipment
• Use Voice-Pick and warehouse equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Meet productivity and quality expectations
• Work as part of a team to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Learn multiple areas of the distribution center, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, returns, or inventory

Requirements

• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Willingness to stand, walk, push, pull, bend, twist, stoop for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs. for the full shift
• Ability to be cross-trained in multiple distribution center areas
• Flexibility to work in any cross-trained area based on business volume
• Availability to work holidays and overtime as needed
• Basic computer skills preferred but not essential
• Willingness to embrace a culturally diverse work environment
• Closed-toed and heeled shoes required

• Continuous physical requirements: standing, lifting, walking, bending, twisting, pulling, and pushing
• Constant movement of carts, boxes, and machinery
• Noise levels vary depending on the time of year and use of lite automation equipment
