Part Time Seasonal Recruiter - Onsite

About the role

The Recruiting Coordinator provides overall administrative support to the recruiting process and plays a key role in coordinating temporary staffing, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with staffing agencies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule candidate travel and interviews.
• Develop and maintain relationships with outside staffing agencies to build a temporary applicant pool for enterprise-wide roles.
• Coordinate temporary staff sourcing, offers, and onboarding.
• Manage the new team member onboarding process, including orientation schedules, reporting, and new hire setup paperwork.
• Work with HR partners, payroll, and departments across the organization to ensure new hires are properly set up and onboarded.
• Manage the Employee Referral Program.
• Generate and maintain regular reporting.
• Oversee department budget and invoicing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1-3 years’ experience in a human resource function, including recruitment and hiring.
• Strong Excel, basic Access, and Microsoft Office software skills.
• General knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Some college education preferred; significant work experience may substitute.
