Support general resort operations by cleaning resort units and maintaining resort quality standards. This includes cleaning sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms, adhering to detailed standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain resort units to high standards.
• Perform daily tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, making beds, and replenishing supplies.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Possess the ability to work independently and follow instructions.
