About the role
A Housekeeper supports general resort operations by cleaning resort units and adhering to quality standards. This role involves cleaning sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms, maintaining supplies, making beds, and responding to guest inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Clean sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms
- Maintain and adhere to housekeeping detail standards
- Clean, vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies
- Replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
- Sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction
- Handle guest issues to resolution to improve the guest experience
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Possess ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with a team focus
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role preferred
