About the role
The School Operations Coordinator will support the Highbridge campus in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth transitions between programs, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain classroom and facility cleanliness and orderliness
- Support program transitions and logistics
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as scheduling and record keeping
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
