About the role

The School Operations Coordinator will support the Highbridge campus in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth transitions between programs, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain classroom and facility cleanliness and orderliness
  • Support program transitions and logistics
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as scheduling and record keeping

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar role preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
