Part- Time School Nurse

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

• A licensed, registered nurse in the State of New Jersey with CPR certification.
• Prior experience working in a school setting is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, approachable, kind, effective communicator, and able to multitask and work independently.

Compensation

Your compensation for the nursing hours you will provide will be paid at an hourly rate of $46.00 less applicable taxes and withholdings, with $35.00 per hour paid by Educational Services Commission of New Jersey and the differential of $11.00 paid by the School. Your total hours will vary per week based on the schedule posted by the School and the total estimated nursing hours per week allotted by ESC for 39 weeks. You will submit your hours worked weekly to HR/Payroll via iSolved and be paid weekly on Fridays.

About the Role

Princeton Day School has an immediate opening for a Part-Time School Nurse to join our Health Office. The registered School Nurse is responsible for providing care to PDS students based on the standards of professional nursing practices.

Schedule

This is a part-time 10-month non-exempt (hourly position) working approximately 16-24 hours weekly with varied days and hours. The schedule for this position is to be determined based on availability and School needs.
