Schedule

Position could be part-time or full-time with an extended break; ideally the candidate covers both shifts. Perfect for students, parents, or anyone seeking work/life balance.

• Morning Shift: 7:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m.
• Afternoon Shift: 2:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m.
• Non‑School Days (LPS): 9‑ or 10‑hour shift with a 1‑hour break

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage school-age children before and after school
• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities and games
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment
• Help with homework and foster social-emotional development
• Communicate with parents and school staff as needed
• Perform other assignments and tasks given by the Management Team

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age to drive company vehicles and have a clean driving record
• Flexible, dependable, organized, and highly energetic
• Experience working with children (school-age preferred)
• High school diploma or GED (early childhood coursework a plus)
• Ability to pass background checks and meet state licensing standards
• Energetic, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
