Responsibilities
- Floor Leader on Duty: Guide, support, and direct a team of associates to ensure smooth store operations and the achievement of sales goals.
- Model Experience First behaviors and provide feedback to the management team.
- Address performance and compliance issues related to the CWM and AWM.
- Bear Builder: Provide exceptional Guest service by actively engaging with Guests, fostering positive interactions, and ensuring each Guest leaves satisfied.
- Uphold operational excellence by meeting brand standards and guidelines.
- Display strong team commitment, being dependable, engaged, and helpful.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Available to work 15-25 hours per week.
- Build-A-Bear store associate experience preferred.
- Associate’s (or higher) degree in business, management, or a related field preferred.

Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to sit, stand, and move around for duration of shift.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
