Part Time Sales Lead -Warwick Mall

Responsibilities

• Floor Leader on Duty: Guide, support, and direct a team of associates to ensure smooth store operations and the achievement of sales goals.
• Model Experience First behaviors and provide feedback to the management team.
• Address performance and compliance issues related to the CWM and AWM.
• Bear Builder: Provide exceptional Guest service by actively engaging with Guests, fostering positive interactions, and ensuring each Guest leaves satisfied.
• Uphold operational excellence by meeting brand standards and guidelines.
• Display strong team commitment, being dependable, engaged, and helpful.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Available to work 15-25 hours per week.
• Build-A-Bear store associate experience preferred.
• Associate’s (or higher) degree in business, management, or a related field preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to sit, stand, and move around for duration of shift.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Pay

PAY RANGE: $17.64-$18.64/Hour.
