Part Time Sales Lead -Hulen Mall

Responsibilities

• Floor Leader on Duty: Guide, support, and direct a team of associates to ensure smooth store operations and the achievement of sales goals. Model Experience First behaviors and provide feedback to the management team.
• Bear Builder: Provide exceptional Guest service by actively engaging with Guests, fostering positive interactions, and ensuring each Guest leaves satisfied.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Availability to work 15-25 hours per week

Qualifications

• Build-A-Bear store associate experience
• Associate’s (or higher) degree in business, management, or a related field

Pay

Your performance will be measured by your ability to support the achievement of store financial goals and compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards which include but are not limited to the following: Decision-making, judgment, and execution; creation of an Experience First culture for Guests and associates; achievement of assigned goals; consistent execution of operational standards; and stakeholder feedback.

Schedule

Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
