The Sales Lead is the ultimate Pandora fan, fully immersing in the brand, culture, and product to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role supports both managers and sales associates and is instrumental to the store’s success.

Responsibilities

• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers.
• Embrace the store culture and act as an extraordinary brand ambassador.
• Create unforgettable shopping moments through excellent product knowledge and brand loyalty.
• Surpass commercial targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), setting new records.
• Engage authentically with customers to foster lasting relationships beyond transactions.
• Coach and inspire the sales team, fostering accountability and providing real‑time feedback to achieve KPI goals.
• Support managers and sales associates in daily operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Results‑oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to charm and connect with people at all organizational levels.
• Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to drive positive results.
• Excellent time‑management skills, capable of setting priorities and delegating tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point‑of‑sale systems.
• At least 18 years old with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50 + pounds, and arrive on time.
