About the role
- Supports daily store operations
- Actively assists customers on the sales floor
- Promotes Pandora products and collections to meet and exceed sales targets
- Guides and motivates team members during shifts
- Supports onboarding and training activities
- Reinforces company service standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Maintains an organized, safe, and inclusive store environment
- Handles basic opening and closing procedures as assigned
- Collaborates with store management to execute promotions and initiatives

- Engage diverse customers and build lasting relationships
- Drive revenue and meet store targets through consultative selling and product knowledge
- Support coaching, shift leadership, and team development
Requirements
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Sales skills, including consultative selling and product knowledge
- Sales Management and Training skills
- Previous retail or jewelry sales experience, especially in a branded or fashion environment
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable time management, cash-handling accuracy, and basic computer/POS proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent, with additional education in business, fashion, or related fields a plus
