About the role

  • Supports daily store operations
  • Actively assists customers on the sales floor
  • Promotes Pandora products and collections to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Guides and motivates team members during shifts
  • Supports onboarding and training activities
  • Reinforces company service standards and visual merchandising guidelines
  • Maintains an organized, safe, and inclusive store environment
  • Handles basic opening and closing procedures as assigned
  • Collaborates with store management to execute promotions and initiatives

  • Sales skills, including consultative selling and product knowledge
  • Sales Management and Training skills
  • Previous retail or jewelry sales experience, especially in a branded or fashion environment
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable time management, cash-handling accuracy, and basic computer/POS proficiency
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with additional education in business, fashion, or related fields a plus
