Part Time Sales Lead

The Sales Lead will be the ultimate Pandora fan, fully immersing in the brand, culture, and product to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role supports both Managers and Sales Associates and is instrumental to the store’s success.

Responsibilities

• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers.
• Embrace store culture and act as an extraordinary brand ambassador.
• Create unforgettable shopping moments through excellent product knowledge and brand loyalty.
• Surpass commercial targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), setting new records.

• Provide real‑time feedback and guidance to empower the team in achieving KPI goals.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Minimum age of 18 with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point‑of‑sale systems.
