As a Sales Lead, you will immerse yourself in the Pandora brand, culture, and product, delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting managers and sales associates. You will exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with fans, embodying the store culture as a brand ambassador, creating memorable shopping moments through product knowledge and loyalty, surpassing KPI expectations, fostering lasting connections, coaching and inspiring the team, and providing real‑time feedback to achieve performance goals.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
- Minimum age of 18 with proof of identity and eligibility to work.

- Ability to charm and captivate audiences, connecting with people at all levels.
- Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
- Expert time management, prioritization, and delegation.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point‑of‑sale systems.

Pay
$19.65 – $24.55 per hour, commensurate with experience (California).
Schedule
