The Sales Lead will be the ultimate Pandora fan, fully immersing in the brand, culture, and product to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role supports both managers and sales associates and is instrumental to the store’s success.

Responsibilities

• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with fans.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a caring approach.
• Ability to charm and captivate audiences at all organizational levels.
• Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
• Excellent time‑management, prioritization, and delegation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point‑of‑sale systems.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to provide proof of identity and work eligibility.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50 + pounds, and arrive on time.

Pay

$14.35 – $17.95 per hour, commensurate with experience (Ohio).
