Part Time Sales Design Consultant

About the role

The Tile Shop, established in 1985, offers a wide selection of high-quality tile products, exclusive designs, and expert customer service through a network of over 140 stores. As a Part Time Sales Associate, you will work in our showroom engaging with Interior Designers, Home Owners, and Trade Professionals to provide tailored recommendations that meet space, style, and cost requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships by exceeding customer expectations.
• Educate customers on product installation and usage.
• Understand and track individual sales goals.
• Monitor store orders and provide customers with product updates.
• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic with a drive to exceed expectations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Open to learning and growing independently and from feedback.
• Ability to work well under high pressure and multitask.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Sense of design, including familiarity with various styles, colors, and textures.
• Basic mathematical and computer skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak in English.

Pay

$15/hour with uncapped commission opportunities.

Schedule

25-30 hours per week.
