Part Time Sales Design Consultant
About the role
Founded in 1985, The Tile Shop inspires and realizes home decor ideas, offering high‑quality tile products from over 140 stores worldwide. Associates travel globally to source the latest styles in porcelain, glass, ceramic, travertine and natural stones. In this role you will work in our Showroom with Interior Designers, Home Owners, and Trade Professionals, providing recommendations to meet space, style, and cost requirements, building lasting relationships by exceeding customer expectations, understanding installation and use of all products to educate customers, tracking individual sales goals and store orders, presenting yourself professionally at all times, and performing other duties as assigned.

Pay
Hourly wage from $16‑$19/Hr, depending on experience, with opportunity to earn uncapped commissions.
Schedule
Part‑time position requiring 20‑30 hours per week.
