About the role
Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) at the Glendale Galleria in Glendale, California. This is a part-time position offering inspirational retail experiences to LEGO® fans of all ages.
Responsibilities
- Exceed guests’ expectations through fun and meaningful interactions
- Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment
- Operate the store stockroom safely and efficiently
- Deliver inspirational retail experiences built on LEGO® Brand values
Requirements
- Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours
- May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- Close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Lift at least 30 lbs
- Available to work up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day
Qualifications
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Process information/merchandise through the register system

Pay
The hourly wage for the position has a range of $19.50 to $20.50 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
Schedule
Available to work up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day. Availability must span at least three days.
