Part Time - Sales Associate

Role Overview Act as a Cashier and/or Stocker, providing leadership in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager. Assist with merchandise stocking, plan-o-gram implementation, and maintaining store organization. Deliver exceptional customer service and support store profitability and safety. Key Responsibilities Unload trucks, receive and unpack shipments following store procedures.Stock, rotate, face merchandise, and build displays.Assist customers in locating products and maintain a clean store environment.Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and provide excellent front-end service.Support store setup, cleanliness, and security measures.In the absence of management, authorize refunds, manage cash, monitor security, and complete necessary documentation. Qualifications & Skills Strong mathematical skills and cash handling knowledge.Experience with cash register functions and safety policies.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to follow plan-o-grams and maintain store presentation standards. Preferred Experience: High school diploma or equivalent with six months of supervisory or related experience preferred.
