Part Time - Sales Associate

Role Overview This position functions as a Cashier and/or Stocker, with leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager. The role involves ensuring accurate merchandise stocking, maintaining plan-o-grams, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting store profitability and safety. Key Duties Unload trucks, stock and rotate merchandise, and build displays.Assist customers with locating products and operate cash registers to process transactions.Maintain store cleanliness, organize displays, and handle store opening/closing procedures.In the absence of management, authorize refunds, oversee cash handling, and monitor security activities. Qualifications & Skills Ability to perform basic math and handle cash procedures.Knowledge of cash handling, safety policies, and merchandise presentation.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.High school diploma or equivalent; supervisory experience preferred. This role emphasizes teamwork, customer service excellence, operational accuracy, and store safety to enhance customer satisfaction and overall store performance.
