Part-Time Sales Associate

Role Overview This position functions as a Cashier and/or Stocker, with additional leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. The role involves maintaining store operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring merchandise presentation and safety standards are met. Key Responsibilities Unload trucks, stock merchandise, rotate and build displays, and assist with plan-o-gram implementation.Operate cash register, handle transactions, and provide customer assistance.Maintain store cleanliness, organize displays, and ensure a safe shopping environment.In the absence of management, authorize refunds, oversee cash handling, monitor security, and complete necessary documentation. Qualifications & Skills Strong math and cash handling skills, including register operation and deposit procedures.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.Knowledge of safety policies, plan-o-gram adherence, and merchandise presentation.High school diploma or equivalent preferred; supervisory or related experience is a plus. Working Conditions Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting (up to 55 pounds), with exposure to outdoor weather conditions and a fast-paced environment. May involve driving for store-related tasks.
